Ceremonial grade matcha crafted from shade grown Japanese green tea leaves. It is 100% organic with no added sugars, sweeteners, or additives. It has a delicate sweetness and makes a smooth, creamy drink. Could be mixed with water or to create lattes, smoothies, mixed drinks, or baked goods. 

Each 400 g bag yields approximately (200) 12 oz. prepared beverages, making it ideal for bulk use. Preparing this matcha requires no expensive equipment, making it easy to integrate onto your menu. To best prepare, combine 2 oz. water with 1 tsp. of sifted matcha in a chawan bowl or round bottom bowl. Using a matcha whisk, rapidly whisk in a M- or W-shaped motion until no clumps remain and you have an even layer of foam on the top. Simply add water, milk, or your favorite plant-based milk alternative and pour over ice if desired. It's great for serving plain, crafting frappes and signature lattes, or for creating immunity-boosting wellness shots.
